I am Jennifer D. McNeill, CSM, Army Retired, MA, M. Ed. After entering the US Army on April 4, 1976, I dedicated 24 years of my life to military service before retiring. Climbing the ranks, I achieved the esteemed position of Command Sergeant Major, serving as the Troop Command Sergeant Major at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and as the profis CSM for the 249th General Hospital, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Throughout my military journey, I received numerous accolades for my exceptional leadership abilities, both in the continental United States and overseas.
Even amidst my military and post-military career, I remained driven to pursue education. I successfully earned my undergraduate degree and my first Masters' degree while taking on various leadership roles, mentoring and guiding soldiers and collegiate students on their paths to success.
Continuing my passion for physical activity, I continuously participated in a self physical fitness program as a civilian. You might say, old habits are hard to break. Presently, my primary focus centers around developing my business and advocating for leading a healthy lifestyle.
My husband, 1SG (Ret) Louis McNeill, and I have a daughter, Ms. Montrece Ransom, JD, and a precious granddaughter, Alyxandra Ransom.
Embracing this new phase of life, I am truly living my best life to the fullest. Whether exploring the wonders of this beautiful country through RV travels and meeting walkers to motivate and empower women through speaking engagements, cruising, savoring diverse cuisines, writing motivational books, or engaging in our favorite family bowling league activity – every step of the way, my family is by my side, making it all the more meaningful. Life has never been more fulfilling, and I'm relishing every moment of this incredible journey.
