Get Fit with Jen is a high energy, heart pumping, fun program with deliberate focus on ensuring there are movements for lowering the heart rate during the session. in other words we practice HIIT within Get Fit with Jen Workout sessions. My Aerobic Workout & Coaching program is available in either a 90 day program- 3 days a week (36 sessions) or my 45 day 3 days a week, (18 sessions) both plans includes a 30 minute coaching session with me to discuss goal setting/decision making.
